Facilitating Proposals and Funded Horizon Projects at the European Level

    June 2026

"Breaking into the European research community from the outside is genuinely hard, and that's where Crowdhelix made the difference. Their vast network connected us with universities, R&D institutions, and science-driven companies. In just one year we joined six Horizon consortiums, and in 2026 we won a significant one: JUST-CIRCLE, led by Brunel University of London. What stayed with me most was the wider perspective: we could finally see where our work fits in Europe, with the relationships to keep building. Crowdhelix turned a national idea into a partner at the European table."

Cluster 2 Matchmaking Event Success For Universitat Oberta de Catalunya

    June 2026

We want to express our appreciation for everything done to make Universitat Oberta de Catalunya's inaugural networking experience within Crowdhelix's ecosystem a most fruitful and inspiring one. We look forward to progressing the new collaborative partnerships we were able to create at the Horizon Europe Cluster 2 matchmaking event that Crowdhelix hosted at SOAS university of London in May.

Crowdhelix Helps Take JUST-CIRCLE from an Idea to a Funded Project

    May 2026

“Crowdhelix played a pivotal role in helping JUST-CIRCLE become a successful Horizon Europe project! I arrived with the core idea and a number of committed partners, but the consortium still needed strengthening to be competitive. Through their matchmaking event, the Crowdhelix team immediately understood the opportunity, connected us with the right people, and provided valuable proposal-writing support when the timeline became tight. Their support helped transform JUST-CIRCLE from a strong idea into a successful funded project.”

Making New Connections and Capacity Building at Crowdhelix Events

    April 2026

The Horizon Europe Cluster 3 matchmaking event, hosted by Crowdhelix at the University of Greenwich was an excellent opportunity for Canadian researchers just getting to know the European funding framework. It was useful to connect with relevant collaborators across the European civil security ecosystem. I learned more about collaborating, developing proposals, and participating as a Canadian researcher interested in Horizon Europe.

University of Venice Connects to Multiple Proposals Through Crowdhelix Events

    January 2026

"Following our engagement in Crowdhelix's recent matchmaking events, the University of Venice was able to join up to 6 proposals across 2025. Venice based researchers were able to participate as both consortium partners and leaders. We're looking forward to seeing the outcomes of these proposals as they emerge. Crowdhelix's team also helped to fill gaps in the consortia as needed. They've been a valuable resource as we look to expand our portfolio of funded projects across 2026. "

Crowdhelix Matchmaking Event Builds New Networks and Enables Proposal Submission

    November 2025

Connections made at one of Crowdhelix's 2025 Horizon Europe matchmaking events directly led to the ACU joining a consortium for HORIZON-CL5-2025-03-D1-07: Implementing the climate action pillar of the EU-AU partnership on Climate Change and Sustainable Energy. A proposal was successfully submitted in September, 2025 that includes the ACU as a work package leader. Crowdhelix's events have been a powerful tool for creating new and diverse networks for the ACU to build upon. We look forward to future connections and submission of this kind.

Crowdhelix Event is a Key Factor in New and Meaningful Partnerships

    October 2025

"Crowdhelix's matchmaking events have proven to be very meaningful to me as a consortium coordinator. I would not have been able to find the partners I need without their Horizon Europe Cluster 2 session in London this Summer. As a result of this international session, we'll be submitting a proposal for an upcoming CL2 deadline in 2026."

Crowdhelix Delivers High Value Connections, Visibility and Network Expansion

    September 2025

“Crowdhelix has been genuinely useful for us at UCLan Cyprus. The topic-focused Helix Communities make it easy to find credible partners for Horizon Europe calls, and the platform’s alerts help us catch relevant opportunities early. Through Crowdhelix I’ve connected with strong consortia leads, expanded my network beyond Cyprus, and progressed several proposal ideas that would have been hard to assemble otherwise. Overall, it’s a high-value channel for collaboration and visibility for our research strengths.”
