We are interested in contributing to, or helping develop, a Horizon Europe project idea under HORIZON-CID-2026-01-01 – R&I in Support of the Clean Industrial Deal: Decarbonisation of energy-intensive industries.
Our initial interest is in the recycling and reuse of metallurgical materials, by-products, residues, and industrial side-streams in energy-intensive industries. The aim would be to support circularity, reduce primary raw material use, lower environmental impact, and contribute to industrial decarbonisation.
We are open to:
1. joining an existing consortium where our expertise could add value; or
2. working with interested partners to shape a new project concept and consortium.
Since this topic should be strongly industry-driven, we are particularly interested in hearing from companies and industrial partners who can bring concrete challenges, use cases, materials, processes, or demonstration needs.
We would be happy to connect with industrial partners, technology providers, research organisations, demonstration sites, and potential coordinators interested in this topic.
