Integrating New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) to advance biomedical research and regulatory testing

Deadline:

April 16, 2026

Project types:

  1. HORIZON-RIA HORIZON Research and Innovation Actions

Project Proposal

We are seeking clinical and translational partners to form a consortium for upcoming 2026 funding calls, in particular Horizon Europe Cluster Health (NAMs-focused topics) and EP PerMed 2026.

The aim of the collaboration is to integrate OrganoFeed, an AI-guided platform combining human organoids, real-time metabolic sensing and digital twins, into a multi-partner project addressing human-relevant disease modelling and translational validation.

The concept is supported by a small group of academic PIs with complementary expertise in organoids, translational biology and computational modelling.

We are looking for partners with access to patient cohorts, clinical samples or biobanks, and expertise in oncology and/or cardiometabolic disease, who are interested in using advanced in vitro/NAM platforms to improve disease modelling and drug response assessment.

Our intention is to contribute as a core technology partner or Work Package Leader, leading activities related to organoid-based NAMs, functional validation and in silico modelling.
