Seeking a project partner from Eastern/Central Europe with a pilot case study on positive energy districts, ideally from lower-income regions and diverse communities, to collaborate on HORIZON-CL5-2026-02-D4-04: Innovative approaches for the deployment of Positive Energy Districts.

The existing consortium includes the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, and Spain. Therefore, we're seeking a partner in a country with a different geographical and socio-economic situation.
