Aliados is seeking to join a consortium preparing a proposal for the Horizon Europe PCP call (HORIZON-MISS-2026-04-PCP-CIT-01), supporting Mission Cities in launching Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) actions to accelerate the transition to climate-neutrality.
We are a Portugal-based SME with over 10 years of experience in:
- Public sector transformation and innovation
- Green public procurement and climate governance
- Decarbonisation strategy development in municipalities and public bodies
- Capacity-building for cities and public authorities
- Dissemination, communication and stakeholder engagement
As the official CO₂ Performance Ladder Country Partner in Portugal, we bring strong expertise in applying structured carbon management methodologies to public procurement and organisational decarbonisation efforts. We believe this experience is highly transferable to PCP contexts where public buyers aim to integrate clear GHG reduction logic, performance-based criteria and supplier engagement.
