We seek a bioinformatician with strong expertise in multi-modal data integration and advanced computational modelling for personalised medicine. The candidate will develop and apply AI- and machine learning–based methods to analyse large-scale clinical, omics and real-world datasets, enabling prediction of treatment response and adverse events across heterogeneous populations. Responsibilities include the systematic integration of bioinformatics resources, databases and analytical pipelines, ensuring data interoperability, reproducibility and scalability. The role will also contribute to the definition and implementation of data governance frameworks compliant with FAIR principles, GDPR and relevant standards, supporting secure data management, harmonisation and high-quality analytical workflows.
