NTNU, Faculty of Medicine and Health Science, has several excellent research groups on health literacy, digital health literacy, cancer information, cancer screening uptake and informed choice, and shared decision-making in health services.
We aim to increase research on primary and preventive health services. Our research groups on health and cancer literacy have specific competence in qualitative methods for health research and patient experience in the cancer care pathway from diagnosis to treatment including AI diagnostics.
