SERENA delivers an end-to-end on-site robotics and automation approach that reduces disruption (noise, dust, occupancy impact) while accelerating renovation and construction workflows. The concept combines reality capture, defect intelligence, robotic repair, modular assembly, and digital orchestration (constraint-aware scheduling + IoT monitoring) with robust comparative validation (LCA/LCC and baseline best practice).
We are looking for experts to lead a WP on the prototype 3: use case on additive manufacturing for construction robotics. The consortium is almost complete with this addition.
