This looks like an amazing opportunity but seems not appropriate to lead from the UK, however the UK has a huge offshore wind sector and a great deal of experience and expertise. I am a marine ornithologist with a good overview of the role of ornithology (seabirds) in offshore wind consenting. If you've got a project on marine birds and renewables and need a UK angle, then let me know!
