Opportunity for the LASERBLOOD project

At our recent LaserBlood consortium meeting, we spoke with Prof. Giulio Caracciolo, Erica Quagliarini, Manuela Lacobini and Renzi Serena, researchers from Sapienza Università di Roma, to hear about their innovative work on protein coronas—microscopic layers that form around nanoparticles when exposed to biological fluids.

These coronas are personalised, and could offer a powerful tool for detecting pancreatic cancer at its earliest stages.

Stay tuned as we share more insights from across the LaserBlood project! earliest stages.
