Are you working on an ERA Talents proposal?
Then, include us to make the consortium work better and provide the participants with skills in diversity and internationalisation. These skills can be used inside and outside academia and if moving into managerial positions. Our training and consultancy can be aimed at both academic and support staff.
At DIVERSIunity, we have participated in several Horizon Europe projects in various capacities and with different target groups, and we have delivered training and consultancies across Europe.
Some of the activities we could provide in an ERA Talents project could be:
• Kick-off workshop on making diversity and internationalisation work in the consortium.
• Training guests and hosts at making the most of staff exchanges
• Diversity and research proposals for researchers and support staff.
• Cultural Intelligence and diversity in international settings.
• Strengthening your research strategy through diversity.
• …and other tailor-made training activities.
We have been involved in several different EU research projects and follow research policy closely to ensure state-of-the-art training that prepares the participants for the current situation and how the ERA is developing.
