Seeking expertise:
Green Sustainable Solutions d.o.o. (GSS) is seeking to join an existing high-quality consortium or co-build a strong, implementation-oriented consortium for HORIZON-MISS-2027-04-CIT-02. Our positioning is pragmatic and delivery-focused: we add value where strategy must translate into bankable pilots, integrated systems, and replicable city portfolios.
What GSS brings to the consortium:
- System integration & orchestration across climate-neutral mobility, clean energy and alternative fuels (incl. hydrogen where context-relevant).
- City-level deployment expertise: from concept design to pilots, KPIs and scale-up pathways.
- EU project structuring & delivery: WP leadership, stakeholder mobilisation, risk management and exploitation planning.
- Regional reach & replication logic across Central and South-East Europe, enabling cross-city learning and transferability.
- Investment readiness: alignment with post-project financing instruments (EIB, Innovation Fund, national schemes).
GSS can act as:
- Technical/system integrator (mobility–energy–infrastructure interface),
- WP leader (implementation, replication, stakeholder engagement, exploitation),
- Bridge between cities, operators and technology providers ensuring operational coherence.
We are open to joining an established consortium with committed Mission Cities or co-creating a new one with partners ready to move fast:
- Cities / City Agencies with climate-neutrality commitments and pilot ambition.
- Public transport operators, mobility providers, energy actors willing to deploy real infrastructure.
- Research & innovation organisations (urban systems, modelling, MRV, digital solutions).
- Technology providers and SMEs in zero-emission mobility, alternative fuels, energy systems.
- Finance, citizen engagement and replication experts strengthening uptake and scale.
Collaboration intent:
- Immediate engagement to define roles, pilots, and value proposition.
- Clear division of labour with implementation ownership, not just planning.
- High proposal quality aligned with Mission Cities logic, impact KPIs and scalability.
