Call for experts to participate in an ethics committee

Seeking expertise:
VVA Market Research has won a framework contract of 4 years with EFSA and would like to set up an ethics comittee for all research implemented under the framework contract . This would be a limited engagement to review a questionnaire and methodological approach for different research we will be requested to perform.
We are seeking academics whom we can engage on an ad-hoc, individual basis to provide independent ethics reviews. This engagement it will be at individual level directly with the interested academics and not with their universities/institutions. Each assignment would correspond to approximately 1–2 days of remunerated work. Based on our current estimates, we do not expect more than 4–5 such assignments per year, meaning a maximum of around 10 working days annually over the next four years.
We are looking for experts that fulfil the following requirements:
- at least one year of experience in their respective institutions as member of an ethics board. Ensure they are familiar with fast-track approvals for lower risk studies
- Have a background in one or more of the following fields:
o Behavioural economics
o Social Psychology / experimental psychology
o Multi-national survey research
o Qualitative methods
The thematic areas to be covered are:
o Health
o Food
o Environment
o Agricultural economics
o Behavioural Economics
o Consumer behaviour
